PathwayIQ is not a law firm, lawyer referral service, or attorney matching service. This Policy applies to all users of the Service, including individuals who create accounts, upload documents, access AI-generated analysis, and otherwise interact with PathwayIQ. It applies regardless of whether you access the Service through our website, mobile applications, or any other means.

3. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited when using PathwayIQ. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, and may also expose you to civil or criminal liability.
3.1 Unlawful Activities
You may not use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international laws or regulations. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, activities that violate immigration laws, employment laws, privacy laws, intellectual property laws, or any other legal requirements. You may not use the Service to facilitate, promote, or engage in immigration fraud, document fraud, identity theft, or any other illegal activity.
3.2 Fraudulent and Deceptive Conduct
Honesty and accuracy are fundamental to the proper functioning of the Service. You may not upload documents that are false, fraudulent, forged, fabricated, or materially altered. You may not misrepresent your identity, qualifications, credentials, or any other information about yourself or others. You may not attempt to manipulate the AI analysis through deceptive inputs, such as uploading documents designed to generate misleading results. You may not use information or analysis obtained from the Service to deceive or mislead USCIS, immigration courts, or any other government agency or official.
3.3 Unauthorized Practice of Law
PathwayIQ is a technology tool, not a law firm, and the Service does not provide legal advice. Consistent with this limitation, you may not use the Service to provide legal advice to others, whether for compensation or otherwise. You may not hold yourself out as an attorney, accredited representative, or other legal professional if you are not properly licensed or authorized. You may not prepare legal documents, petitions, or applications on behalf of others unless you are a licensed attorney or otherwise authorized to do so. You may not represent others in immigration proceedings or before government agencies unless you are properly authorized. You may not use AI-generated analysis as a substitute for professional legal advice or present it to others as legal advice.

3.4 Misuse of AI-Generated Analysis
The AI-generated analysis provided by PathwayIQ has inherent limitations and is intended for informational purposes only. You may not present AI-generated analysis as legal advice, professional opinion, or an authoritative assessment of your immigration prospects. You may not submit AI-generated reports or analysis directly to USCIS or other government agencies without review by a qualified immigration attorney. You may not rely solely on AI-generated analysis when making important decisions about your immigration case, without also consulting a qualified attorney. You may not misrepresent the source, nature, or reliability of AI-generated content to third parties.
3.5 Violations of Third-Party AI Terms
The Service uses artificial intelligence models provided by third-party vendors. Your use of the Service is subject to the acceptable use policies and terms of these third-party providers. You may not use the Service in any manner that would violate applicable third-party terms, including but not limited to:
(a) Generating or attempting to generate content that promotes or facilitates illegal activities, violence, terrorism, or child exploitation.
(b) Generating or attempting to generate content that promotes hatred, harassment, discrimination, or abuse against individuals or groups.
(c) Generating or attempting to generate sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene content.

You may not upload documents obtained through illegal means, including stolen documents, documents obtained through unauthorized access to computer systems, or documents obtained in violation of confidentiality agreements or court orders.
5. AI-Generated Content Guidelines
The Service generates evaluations, reports, and other content using artificial intelligence. You are responsible for your use of this AI-generated content.

You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before using, publishing, sharing, or relying on it. Do not assume that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or appropriate for your needs without independent verification.
5.2 No Guarantee of Originality or Non-Infringement
AI-generated content may inadvertently include content similar to copyrighted works, third-party materials, or content generated for other users. We do not warrant that AI-generated content is original, unique, or free from potential intellectual property concerns. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI-generated content does not infringe the rights of third parties.
5.3 Permitted Uses of AI-Generated Content
You may use AI-generated content for your personal immigration case preparation, including sharing evaluation reports with your immigration attorney for discussion and review. You may not use AI-generated content for commercial purposes, to create derivative products or services, or in any manner that violates this Policy or our Terms of Service.
5.4 Prohibited Uses of AI-Generated Content
You may not present AI-generated content as legal advice or professional opinion. You may not submit AI-generated content directly to government agencies, courts, or tribunals without review and approval by a qualified attorney. You may not redistribute, sell, license, or publicly display AI-generated content. You may not use AI-generated content to train, develop, or improve other AI models or services.
6. Copyright and Intellectual Property
6.1 Respect for Intellectual Property
You must respect the intellectual property rights of others when using the Service. You may not upload, share, or transmit any content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights of any third party.
6.2 Your Representations

7. Understanding AI Limitations
The AI-powered analysis provided by PathwayIQ is a tool designed to assist you in organizing and understanding your documents. It is important that you understand the limitations of this technology and use the Service appropriately.
7.1 Informational Purpose Only
The AI-generated analysis is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice, professional opinion, or a guarantee of any particular outcome. The analysis is generated by artificial intelligence algorithms that, while sophisticated, have inherent limitations and may produce errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
7.2 Third-Party AI Technology
The Service uses artificial intelligence models provided by third-party vendors. UniShift LLC does not control the underlying algorithms, training data, or outputs of these models. Third-party AI providers explicitly disclaim that their services provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. These disclaimers apply in addition to the disclaimers in our Terms of Service.
7.3 No Prediction of Outcomes
The AI analysis SHOULD NOT BE interpreted as a prediction of how USCIS, immigration courts, or any other government agency or official will evaluate your case. Immigration decisions depend on many factors that the AI cannot assess, including the current legal landscape, policy guidance, adjudicator discretion, and the specific facts and circumstances of your case.
7.4 Professional Consultation Required
Before making any significant decisions about your immigration case based on information or analysis obtained from the Service, you should consult with a qualified immigration attorney who can evaluate your specific circumstances, provide legal advice tailored to your situation, and represent your interests before government agencies and courts.
8. Account Security
Maintaining the security of your account is a shared responsibility. You must take reasonable steps to protect your account from unauthorized access.
8.1 Your Security Responsibilities
You are responsible for creating a strong, unique password for your account and keeping that password confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activity. You must notify us immediately at support@thepathwayiq.ai if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. You should log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
8.2 Security Prohibitions
You may not share your login credentials with any other person. You may not use automated tools or scripts to create accounts, log in to accounts, or otherwise interact with the authentication system. You may not attempt to access any account other than your own without proper authorization. You may not circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any security features of the Service.
9. Reporting Violations
We rely on our user community to help us maintain a safe and lawful environment. If you become aware of any conduct that you believe violates this Policy, we encourage you to report it to us.

We encourage good faith reporting of potential violations. We will not retaliate against anyone who reports a suspected violation in good faith, even if the report ultimately proves to be unfounded.
10. Enforcement
We take violations of this Policy seriously and reserve the right to take appropriate action in response to any conduct that violates this Policy, threatens the security or integrity of the Service, harms other users, or exposes UniShift LLC to liability.
10.1 Investigation
We may investigate any suspected violation of this Policy. During an investigation, we may review account activity and uploaded content, suspend access to the Service pending the outcome of the investigation, and cooperate with law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, or other third parties if we believe such cooperation is required by law or is necessary to protect our rights or the rights of others.
10.2 Consequences
Depending on the severity and nature of the violation, consequences may include a warning or notice identifying the violation and requesting corrective action, temporary suspension of access to the Service, permanent termination of your account, removal of content that violates this Policy, legal action to recover damages or obtain injunctive relief, and reporting to law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, or other appropriate parties.
10.3 Appeal Process
If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of this Policy, you may appeal that decision by sending an email to support@thepathwayiq.ai within thirty (30) days of the enforcement action.
